Business Development Manager

We’re searching for a Business Development Manager to contact web3, blockchain, and crypto clients in order to close new business by driving in repeat revenue for AltcoinBeacon.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline. The role includes tasks such as conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align business development strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive in generating leads and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Your Tasks

  • Identify and attract high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies that could benefit from advertising on AltcoinBeacon’s platform.
  • Generate leads for new business by researching potential Web3 clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
  • Provide regular reports on the lead status and sales progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
  • Focus on selling AltcoinBeacon’s advertising packages to web3, blockchain, and crypto companies.
  • Generate company revenue by closing sales and hitting KPI’s.

What We Are Looking For

  • Web3 / Crypto News Media / Agency sales experience
  • Success in media, advertising, digital marketing, performance, branding, paid media and related fields.
  • Experience in Marketing Agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies, is a plus.
  • Strong network and relationships in the crypto space.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Cryptocurrency industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Pre-established client network and lead connections in the industry is a plus!

Remuneration

This is a retainer plus commission role with unlimited earning potential for the right applicant.
